Omakase (お任せ) is a Japanese expression that means “I leave it up to you”, used to indicate to the chef to prepare whatever he wishes. In this type of menu, the guest cannot choose and must accept the dish that is served. The OMAKASE menu consists of 12 dishes in total, mainly featuring different varieties of sashimi, nigiri, and sushi. These creations may vary depending on the season. No dish substitutions are allowed.
